Bio-eVap 100 and 144 position Nitrogen Evaporator

One of our most significant contributions to the CRO industry is the Bio-eVap 144 sample Nitrogen Evaporator, an innovative approach to process large number of small volume samples. With number of samples ranging from 100 to 144, this evaporator is designed for bio-analytical studies requiring simultaneous and similar process for reproducibility. Using latest technologies, better evaporation rates have have reduced Nitrogen consumption while still affording uniform evaporation over all 144 samples. This also lowers the load on Nitrogen generators or Nitrogen plant. In addition, processing is truly hands-free with the Dual pressure option available on the Bio-eVap 144 position system, by setting initial and operational pressures at the start of the method. In doing so any kind of contamination caused due to excess initial pressure is eliminated.

Features

  • Unattended operation using 144 sample Nitrogen Evaporator
  • Double Pressure setting to eliminate contamination risk during evaporation process
  • In-built alarms with customizable setting for over temperature alert
  • Sensor for Door Open – triggering alert
  • Different interchangeable racks available for tube sizes
  • Controlled water bath adjustable from ambient to 70°C
  • Built-in nitrogen regulator
  • LED display for better visibility under fume hood
  • Convenient size — Large sample processing in same space as a 50 sample processor
  • Removable nozzle tips for easy sonication. No realignment required.
  • Fixed Nozzle tips available as an option.
  • Safety Features include Audio and Display Alarms; Auto Stop of process on Door Open etc.
  • Exhaust open to atmosphere or within Fume Hood.
  • Auto Water Drain.
  • Aluminium build for rust control.

Unique features are

  • Set programme cannot be changed once process has begun.
  • Row selectors switches are specially identified for flow control.
  • Rack for the Bio-eVap 144 can be used with TAKAHE SPE speX 144.
  • Printing and data storage facility available on request.
