Several laboratories require a particular volume of solvent retained at the end of evaporation that is reconstituted again before analysis. In those case the standard SpeedoVap High Volume Nitrogen Evaporator does not meet their demand.
For such applications, we have the SpeedoVap HV Optical End point Nitrogen Evaporator that allows the user to evaporate a preset 0.5 mL, 1 mL or 2 mL end point process.
The evaporation automatically stops at the pre-set volume for each of the specially designed end point test tube.
Test tubes are available in volumes of 100 mL or 200 mL and calibrated for 0.5 mL, 1 mL, 2 mL and 100 mL/200 mL for easy reconstitution.
Set programme cannot be changed once process has begun
User can request end point volume at 0.5 mL, 1.0 mL or 2.0
Process stops individually at each station as the end-point is attained
