A solid phase extraction system is a lab equipment that uses a chromatographic technique to separate and purify the sample for further analysis. It removes interfering compounds and analyses only the compound of interest using HPLC, LC/MS. The system consists of a specific SPE cartridge which is a column filled with a solid phase material, such as a resin. and then a liquid phase. The mobile phase is passed through the column, and the interfering compounds are adsorbed on to the solid phase. The column is then flushed with a solvent to remove the contaminants from the solid phase.
Some of the benefits of Positive Pressure solid phase extraction systems include:
At Takahe we are constantly innovating to meet the requirements of the analyst to make her life a little simpler with fewer errors and faster processing. Like the Bio-eVAP 100 and 144 that we introduced in the market, we have enhanced the SPE 144 to make it simple for observing the elution of the large samples processed. This avoids arm fatigue as well as eliminates errors. Special Features of speX 144 series Positive Pressure Manifold has been first conceptualized, designed and manufactured by Takahe Analytical Instruments.
The SPLIT cartridge rack and interchangeable COLLECTION Racks are our offerings in this process.

There are several factors that make us different from other solid phase extraction system manufacturers. One factor is our experience. We have been designing, manufacturing sample preparation instruments for over 25 years. This experience gives us a deep understanding of the needs of our customers and allows us to provide them with high-quality products and services. In a short span of time of designing and manufacturing 144 position SPE and 144 position Nitrogen Evaporators we have covered over 75% of the BA BE (CRO) labs in India. This is specifically achieved because we have listened to our customer and offered them a convenient solution.
Another factor that makes us different is our commitment to customer service. We have a team of highly trained and experienced customer service representatives who are available to answer any questions that our users may have. We give immediate service through video calls or a site visit. We also offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our products and services.
Finally, we offer a wide range of solid phase extraction systems to meet the needs of our customers. We have systems that are designed for use in a variety of industries, including the pharmaceutical, food and beverage, and environmental industries. We also offer a variety of customization options to ensure that our customers get the perfect system to meet their needs.
Our systems are normally ex-stock. In case of any customisation, our Solid phase extraction systems are delivered within 2-3 weeks.
A solid phase extraction system is used to extract analytes from biological samples. This technique allows both removal of interfering biological components and increases the concentrations of analytes in LC/MS samples.
