SpeedoVap® HV is a High Volume Nitrogen Evaporator & Concentrator specially designed to evaporate large sample volumes. SpeedoVap HV sample concentrator can evaporate 8-15 samples in a batch. The system has the facility to use interchangeable racks for to accommodate any large volume test tube or beaker to meet requirements of different applications with evaporation volume of 50 mL to 200 mL.
The SpeedoVap® HV Nitrogen Evaporator is mainly used in Environmental and Soil Testing laboratories. Also used for water testing, it finds application in food testing laboratories and Food processing industry.
Like the SpeedoVap LV Nitrogen Evaporator, the SpeedoVap HV works on a micro-processor control that maintains the water bath at the set temperature and the times for the operation. Gas can be turned ON in selected manifolds depending on number of samples. Nitrogen gas is blown through rust resistant stainless steel nozzle manifolds into samples which turn OFF automatically after process is completed. Besides other process and service alarms, the audio alarms indicate when the process is complete.
